1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee: All registration fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to alumni presale and regular admission fees, deposit pay and pay in 4. This policy is in place to cover logistical and organizational costs associated with planning and hosting the event. Purchasing a deposit ticket is committing auto-bill payments for the remaining balances on the 1st of every month until balance is settled and this will not be cancelled by Tori Artis Planners due to a change in your ability to attend the event or financial situation. If you select deposit pay and any payment is declined your card will be automatically charged again every 5 days. After 3 failed payments your ticket will become inactive and any amount you previously paid will be forfeited.
2. Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the summit, your registration fee will not be refunded. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual IF the total tickets are sold out, subject to notification and approval by Tori Artis Planners no later than July 1. After July 1 no transfers will be accepted and no refunds will be processed.
3. Event Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by Tori Artis Planners for reasons beyond our control (e.g., force majeure), registered participants will be notified immediately in the event of rescheduling or postponing the event. Partial refunds or alternative compensation will be determined by the organizer at that time, depending on the timeline from the event. Please note full refunds may not be available.
4. No Refund for No-Show: If you fail to attend the conference, no refund, credit, or compensation will be provided. Any items gifted at the conference including swag and workshop materials is forfeited.
5. Changes to the Event: Tori Artis Planners reserves the right to make changes to the event format, speakers, schedule, date or location. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, but efforts will be made to provide comparable value to attendees.
6. Grant of Rights: By attending or participating in the conference, you grant the organizers, their agents, and licensees the right to photograph, video, and record your image, voice, and likeness during the event. You acknowledge that these recordings may be used in future promotional materials, social media, websites, and other marketing collateral related to the conference and future events organized by the conference team.
